Dji o3 rc link problem.
#16
It sounds like you probably have an intermittent bad connection on the board somewhere (i.e. one or more of the components where it is soldered to pads on the circuit board) which expands and makes a better connection once everything has heated up. Unless you can see anything obvious with a magnifying glass it's probably going to be difficult to pinpoint. If you have micro soldering skills You can try using flux and reflowing the solder on some of the component connections (especially the MCU pins), but other than that it will be a game of trial and error.

Check that any soldered wires to the FC look good (no obvious cracks or dry looking joints) and that any connectors to the FC are making good continuity at both ends.

SnowLeopardFPV thanks for your help,I will definitely check all the connections of the fc board and also the connection between fc and esc.
I will update the post if I find something!

So..I have checked all the connections of the quad, resoldered everything but nothing changed! The problem is there! If I wait at least 30 seconds after the pairing of the rc,then everything seems normal....
I dont think that this weird issue has to do anything with heat and connections...

I don't know if you figured it out yet, and please humor me because I don't know much, I'm fairly new to the hobby, but anyway I run an 03 with the dji remote 2 and I have had a similar problem a couple of times that ended up being a couple pid values were too high

Hi,I haven't figured it out yet,
I also suspect the pid values, but since I'm not a pid expert...I'm afraid that I will mess up the quad if I try wrong pids...

Hi!
I have updated the fc firmware to Betaflight 4.5 and the problem seems that is solved.
I will do more tests.
