DJI goggles no video, but sees OSD
#1
I am using the full DJI system on a lumenier qavs johnnyfpv 5".  It has been flying great.  I had a couple flip overs, a damaged prop or two, and nothing more,
My last outing though, I do not have the video feed from the quad in the goggles.

The air unit connects to the dji transmitters successfully
The goggles receive the OSD information like cell voltage, mah, and amps
I can arm the quad and the blades start spinning, but after two seconds the mototrs stop and it starts beeping and the TX shows a red light meaning the connection was lost
a disarm and arm does not stop the beeping
Throughout this process I see the OSD information but no video, just the screen showing DJI

Thoughts?  Is this a camera problem or something in the air unit for receiver?

Thanks for sharing and helping.

Is the camera MIPI connector seated in properly?

Does the airunit heat up?

Thanks for the reply.
Good idea: I will need to open the camera to check the MIPI connector - have not done that

Yes, the air unit heats up

The Airunit does run hot but is it unusually hot to the touch when you lose camera feed.

Is OSD information sent as data from air unit to goggles or sent as part of video stream?

The OSD information is sent as data over the air to the DJI FPV Goggles and it is the goggles themselves that then renders the data as graphical elements on the goggle screens.

cool, thanks. That is helpful to explain why I see OSD but no video feed.

Checked cables and they are connected. Connected a new caddx Polar camera and it shows video. It is either the camera or cable.
