Hello everyone. I am confused because I built a quad that has an issue. I see the OSD working in the DJI goggles but mah used stays at 0.00 and I use the RSSI for LQ on AUX 8 and the number starts at 80 and drops fast as I fly away from myself. My transmitter starts saying telemetry lost. My other quad works perfectly and has the same crossfire receiver using AUX 8 for link quality as RSSI and the battery Mah used works perfect. What did I do wrong on this ? Diff all and Dump files here. Thank you all. [attachment=7091] [attachment=7090] Here is the diff all and dump from the perfect working Apex if that helps out. After doing this, check that the LiPo voltage reading in the OSD is still also working OK. Code: dma ADC 1 1 dma ADC 3 NONE save

Hopefully that’s something I did wrong in setting up the TX. • Posts: 21,258 Threads: 587 Likes Received: 8,965 in 6,634 posts Likes Given: 1,425 Joined: Jun 2018 Reputation: 788 In that case put it back to the original configuration using the commands below and then check that the current sensing wire between the FC and ESC is connected properly and has continuity. Code: dma ADC 1 NONE dma ADC 3 0 save

ok that’s back to normal now. I figured out the link quality issue too. The Aux 4 that’s really channel 8 was not set in the receiver tab in RSSI channel. I set it to AUX 4 and now that’s good to go. Do you think the wire between the ESC and Flight controller could be the issue ? The hobbywing did come with different cables with no explanation on what one to use ? • Posts: 21,258 Threads: 587 Likes Received: 8,965 in 6,634 posts Likes Given: 1,425 Joined: Jun 2018 Reputation: 788 Which Hobbywing ESC are you using? • Posts: 132 Threads: 29 Likes Received: 5 in 5 posts Likes Given: 94 Joined: Mar 2021 Reputation: 0 (24-Sep-2021, 11:24 PM)SnowLeopardFPV Wrote: Which Hobbywing ESC are you using? OK. I see that you have the complete XRotor F7 Stack, in which case the wiring harness cable between the ESC and the FC should be wired correctly. Try re-seating both connectors by unplugging and re-plugging them. And while they are out, use a magnifying glass to check inside the sockets for any bent or damaged pins. • Posts: 132 Threads: 29 Likes Received: 5 in 5 posts Likes Given: 94 Joined: Mar 2021 Reputation: 0 (25-Sep-2021, 12:33 AM)SnowLeopardFPV Wrote: OK. I took it apart and unplugged the cable between the flight controller and esc. No issues and I used a magnifying glass to inspect it. No bent pins or damaged cables. It does seem odd that the esc and flight controller came with multiple cables. One cable looks like the correct one but the quad won’t arm with it installed as it has two red wires. The other cables have the short connector on both sides for the flight controller and another one has the wider connector for the esc on both sides. The only other cable is the one that works and everything functions like normal. I’ll look into the wiring diagram in the morning. The cable that functions does have one wire that is completely gone like it was never a part of it. Maybe that’s it. To be continued… thank you for helping me SnowLeopardFPV. • Posts: 4,550 Threads: 38 Likes Received: 1,245 in 1,064 posts Likes Given: 430 Joined: Aug 2020 Reputation: 118 (25-Sep-2021, 04:12 AM)Lifted Chevy Wrote: The cable that functions does have one wire that is completely gone like it was never a part of it. If you can post some photos of the wiring harnesses it came supplied with, that would certainly help a bit. • Posts: 46 Threads: 4 Likes Received: 10 in 8 posts Likes Given: 18 Joined: Nov 2020 Reputation: 0 The stack comes with multiple connectors. I had the same issue your using the wrong supplied cable. Look at the directions for the correct pin out for the connector. One side the negative and current wires are backwards. • Posts: 132 Threads: 29 Likes Received: 5 in 5 posts Likes Given: 94 Joined: Mar 2021 Reputation: 0 (25-Sep-2021, 10:38 AM)SnowLeopardFPV Wrote: It's unfortunate that Hobbywing don't put out more detailed info about their stack and the accessories it comes with.
