CRSF Lite not finding Nano receiver

But after deleting the files from the sd card before copying the latest downloaded sd card content from the open tx site.

only thing is I cant get my models back on the radio.

Assuming you backed up the models and settings from your TX16S to a file on your computer before you wiped the SD Card, you just need to open that file in OpenTX Companion and write the models and settings back to the transmitter again. On the TX16S the models and settings are just stored in folders on the SD Card.

Yes I backed up the models on a file with a .bin extension.

But could you elaborate on how to write this file back to the radio. When I press that button on open tx, nothing happens.

I assume that before you wiped the SD Card that you clicked the "Read Models and Settings from Radio" button in OpenTX Companion (the button below the one you circled) and then saved those to an OTX file. You need to open that saved OTX file containing your backed up settings and models (on the "File" menu in OpenTX Companion, select "Open...") and then click the "Write Models and Settings To Radio" button that you circled.

Ok I was accessing the wrong file, the radio is back and running fine. But the green blinking and not binding issue is still there. So faulty Nano it is ?  Cry

Yes, it seems to me like you have a faulty receiver, or the Crossfire module itself is faulty. Hopefully it's just the receiver. If you have a spare one then swap it over. It's always worth having some spare Crossfire receivers in your box of spare parts, so if you don't have any then I would get some.
