Hi, 
Im new to this, and yes, im late for this....but i need help.

I was trying to setup the eachine Trashcan to my FrSky module, connected to betaflight fine at first.
 at some point changed the receiver mode in SPI Rx, but FRSKY_X_LBT i think., now i cant connect to the trashcan with USB cable. 

please help.. have i bricked the FS 4?
Any idea were I can begin?

Does the board still light up and act normally otherwise when plugged into USB or a lipo? I don’t think changing receiver mode should make it not connect, but you may have accidentally turned something else on or off that’s making it not connect. I’d try pressing the boot button at the same time you plug it in, if it appears to your pc/betaflight, I’d reflash the same version on it and overwrite your old settings and see if it comes back
