Cloud 149 HD + TBS Crossfire
#1
Question
hi,

how do I add the TBS CRSF nano best to Cloud 149 HD?

to the SBUS like this?

or like this?

as I read that CRSF should be used over SBUS whenever possible, but how do I know if these pads are UART and fitting to connect to them?

(I am a complete beginner)

thank you!

Preferred way will be go connect it the way it is shown in the 2nd image below using crsf on a TX & RX rather than sbus.

People only use sbus if the do not have spare uarts. Sbus also has limitations such as telemetry is not supported.

Should be any of the pads
R3 / T3
R6 / T6
R1 / T1
ok, if they are not used already?

Thank you!

sbus doesnt save any uart in the case of this flightcontroller, sbus is inverted rx2, there are also rx2 and tx 2 pads, nothing to save as the flightcontroller provides various pads for the uart.
