I try to setup OSD for a Walksnail Avatar Mini 1S on a iFlight SucceX-E F405 Mini. When i try to set displayport_msp_serial it fails. Does anyone know what's the probleme here?

You don't do that anymore under Betaflight 4.4. Instead you need to go to the Ports tab in Betaflight Configurator and for the UART that is being used for MSP (in your case UART3) you need to select "VTX (MSP + Displayport)" from the dropdown in the Peripherals column and then click the "Save and Reboot" button at the bottom.
