Hello yesterday i plugged a brand new f3 evo FC and instead of showing the classic quadcopter frame it shows a rectangular box with orientation wrote on the faces.what happened?

If you set up a custom motor mix, this will happen. Could be other settings as well, but nothing to worry about. I think this is how it looks normally in betaflight these days

In the configuration tab you see by mixer "Quad X" displayed?

Configurator automatically switches to that block display if computer lacks 3D performance. So could be your pc as well.

I prefer to reflash all my new boards right after opening the package and testing that it works.
Right after reflash it should be fine...

i was strugling with this box to but all my boards work perfect!

Made me think of the classic Dudley Moore movie, Crazy People - boxy but nice. I had the same thing. Once I flashed the F3 with BF the view reverted to the standard view
