Ever since I built my quad, the motors/props have made this fluttering sound, I have no idea what it is, I made sure my props are tight, and tried two diffrent props 5.3 pitch and 4 pitch. The 4 pitch sound even worse. What is the problem. The problem occurs especially on punch outs.

Setup: 750g qaud 6s xilo stax fc and esc, xilo stealth motor 1700kv. Tried with t inch gatebrakers, and S5 props.

VERY likely too high D, and/or loose frame.

Do you have blackbox log?
When you do a twitch left/right or tight flip/roll, do you see wobble in the Goggles/DVR?

what do you recommend i do in betaflight? turn down the D gain by how much?

Without logs its just a good guess.
Yes, try to reduce D by 10% to 20%.

Do you have BF4.2+?
Do you have rpm filtering?
