Please can someone Help!!

I am fairly new to FPV.. 

I have:
-the iFlight Green Hornet cinewhoop
- FrSky R-XSR receiver
- Jumper T18 Lite radio

When following FrSky/youtube video instructions on binding (holding down F/S button when powering on), my R-XSR doesn't do the right flashing LED Lights - all it does is have constant Red,Green,Blue LEDs, nothing changes if i try binding etc. 
Then when I turn on normally it there is still the blue LED with flashing red LED.

What is going on?
Am I already bound without realising (please god)
Do I need to flash the receiver again?!
Flash the radio?

Any help would be great, I can post some pics if possible.

Did the R-XSR come pre-installed or did you install it yourself?

Either way, it may have firmware on the R-XSR isn't compatible with the mode you are selecting on your T18. Have you flashed any new firmware to the R-XSR? If yes then which type and version?

And what version of the multiprotocol firmware is installed on your Jumper T18 Lite?
