Is everyone using the latest version, or is it buggy? I assume I need to save my settings somehow and transfer to the new computer? Is this easier said than done? Thanks in advance. This new laptop will pretty much be exclusively used for quad and 3D printing. Deal Here's the Deal

I select my FC (LUXF4OSD) without issue. New version is loaded from online. But, when I try to flash I get, "Failed to open serial port" message. What did I miss? All drivers have been installed. Also, I have noticed that there can sometimes be resource conflicts that will not allow BF to see the aircraft when it is plugged in. Luckily, I have a few laptops I can use. Use the boot button on your FC. Hold it down when you plug in USB. You see DFU upper right corner. Or you can use CLI and type BL or DFU depending on your current firmware on your FC. Or if you have I believe is 3.3 or later, you can turn on expert mode and there is a toggle on the setup tab to put it into bootloader mode. Then flash while in DFU. • Posts: 863 Threads: 43 Likes Received: 286 in 202 posts Likes Given: 12 Joined: Nov 2018 Reputation: 5 13-Apr-2019, 07:38 PM (This post was last modified: 13-Apr-2019, 07:39 PM by Deal-E-O.) Tried the expert mode route and no dice. When I try and holding the boot button and plugging in the USB, not only do I not get a DFU, it won't connect at all. I have to close Betaflight and re-open to get it to even connect. But, no DFU.... Deal I don't need a battery for this, do I? I didn't think so.... Deal Here's the Deal

You are probably missing Zadig driver. • Posts: 12,099 Threads: 125 Likes Received: 3,739 in 2,836 posts Likes Given: 99 Joined: Feb 2017 Reputation: 388 So either manually load Zadig or use driver fixer. https://impulserc.com/pages/downloads • Posts: 863 Threads: 43 Likes Received: 286 in 202 posts Likes Given: 12 Joined: Nov 2018 Reputation: 5 Downloaded Zadig driver successfully. Already downloaded Impulse. All it does for me is ask me to connect ImpulseOSD hardware to the computer. Deal Here's the Deal

If you properly install Zadig you don't need the Fixer. • Posts: 863 Threads: 43 Likes Received: 286 in 202 posts Likes Given: 12 Joined: Nov 2018 Reputation: 5 I did the wrong one I guess, hehe. What about the CLI file that I saved? What do I do with that? Looks like my OSD settings are reset, but everything else seems good. Do I need to mess with the CLI file I saved? If so, how do I restore it? Do my questions even make sense, hehe? Deal Here's the Deal

Paste them into the CLI. You do not have to paste them one at a time, just CTRL-V the all of them at once. Finish off with a SAVE command and the FC should reboot. At this point, your OSD customization should be there again. I have a customized DIFF that includes OSD info, as well as radio and ports stuff. I just CTRL-C the whole file and CTRL-V it into the command line. It makes upgrading a snap! SoCal Kaity :D OMG, no one told me it would be this much fun!
