Help Betaflight F3 OSD doesn't show up in flight

Betaflight F3 FC. Question regarding the built-in OSD. I am able to see the main menu, navigate within the menus, change PIDs and vTx options as well as assign what I want to see on the screen in flight.

Despite this, why is nothing showing on the screen in flight?
Settings in Betaflight are saved and verified within the OSD itself.

1. Mismatch PAL/NTSC settings between CAM and OSD? I had to switch mine to PAL or auto before anything would show on the screen. It would get cropped out on ntsc.
2. Do you have osd switch setup in modes? If so it needs to be switched on.

FIXED: I had the OSDSW activated and assigned to a switch thinking I needed this in order for it to work. 

I completely removed the OSDSW parameter in the Configuration Tab and my OSD info showed up in my goggles. 

I did need to adjust the location of the info because of cropping (16:9) but the initial issue was fixed by removing the OSDSW parameter.
