Did you apply config file when you flashed? If you never flash, it might be worth flashing. But save a dump file prior.

Just CLI this command: set osd_rssi_alarm = 0

(It will inform you that the range is 0-100, and here you probably set the value to 196, which is out of bounds, and corrupts the config.)

Most likely you did a diff and dump, but it was for a much earlier version of BF. I've had this when trying to take a 4.2 config to 4.3, in the past. You often have to build a new config yourself when going up major versions.
