Kind of you to say so but I think if you look a little closer, you can see that it was my first build. Confused Big Grin

That def does *not* look like a first build. Congrats Bajora and it's an honor to have the Ronin Mk1 be your first build!! Can't wait to hear how you think it flies!!

[edit] Ah just saw your post on RCG - stoked that you like how it flies man!!

Two more flights at lunch today ... REALLY enjoying this one. Eight minutes worth of "spirited" flying on a 4S 850mAh pack.
Cool Thumbs Up

8 minutes whoa ... I think my 850s might be old or something.  Are you going to down to like 3.3v or to 3.8?  I always just go to 3.8 cos then it's storage charge and I don't have to do anything lol.

So stoked you are stoked on this frame man!!     Thumbs Up

Volts? LOL I have just mostly been watching the mAh consumed and then bringing it in at around 650mAh (850mAh pack). That usually has the pack a little under storage level in my experiences so far. I do notice when the OSD switch the volts to a red font, which does occur on an older 1100mAh pack I sometimes use? That catches my eye for sure.

Oh that's so cool. Chasing other craft is harder than it looks!

Amen! Thanks to the wide field of view of these FPV cameras, your subject looks far away ... far away ... far away ... and then suddenly you are in it's back pocket! It's a literal dance on the throttle stick!

I just "upgraded" the camera in my MK1 from a Nebula Nano to the Polar Starlight. Aligning and snapping into place that tiny connector from the camera onto the Vista's camera connection was one of the hardest things I've done with these old eyes! Sheesh! But the improvement is noticeable and justifiable. I flew a pack about 15 minutes after official sunset. When I landed and lifted my goggles, I was blown away with how dark out it really was. The Polar makes flying in low light pretty easy. MUCH better camera than the Nano!!
