Yes, either the Crossfire Micro TX module, or the full module.

So that would be the TBS Crossfire Micro TX and TBS Crossfire Micro Receiver V2

You do not have to match the series of TX/RX. The full size TX will work with the Micro and vice-versa.

Something to consider, having a diversity RX with two antenna would be ideal. I would stick with the RX offering this feature like the Diversity Nano.

Both modules will work, but if you can afford the full sized Crossfire unit, get it.  It is superior and gives you more power for those long flights.  You can get the non-bluetooth version and save a few bucks if you don't think you will use that feature.

Yes, your link to the full Crossfire is correct, your link to the Micro is for the micro, and This one is the full Crossfire without the blue tooth module.  If you think you can live without the blue tooth feature, there is no reason to pay an extra 59.00 as the rest of the full Crossfire is the same.
