Outside of the FPV world there are actually quite a few companies with low latency wireless video systems.
I have a hollyland MARS 400S that I use for a roaming camera for live streams, and it has an advertised latency of less than 100ms running a 1080P60FPS uncompressed feed, and this is not a new product. I know many movie film sets use similar tech for camera signal into their recording devices.
I'm sure ORQA can take some of this tech from the pro video industry and tweak it for FPV. I have measured the MARS 400S to have latency of about 30-50ms, so I wonder if ORQA took that tech, made it 720P, compressed it a bit and you might be in business?
