Is there a list somewhere or can people with Walksnail V2 VTX verify fitment in a 3.5” frame with second 20x20 mounting location. Seems the VTX is on the larger side. I had to remove stand offs in the pirat lil matey to get it to fit. My stack is too tall so can’t mount it above the stack. I’m curious if there are any other off the shelf frames that work.

How tall is your stack? There are quite a few 3.5" frames that have mounting holes for the VTX on the top plate. Scythe is a custom cut frame so you have to deal with that, but can choose 20x20 or 25x25 on both top and bottom plates. Standoff height is very tight at only 20mm, but Crux35 and Xknight35 both have 25mm standoffs although the VTX will probably extend beyond the top plate sides.
If you are looking for separate dual stack setup, this is a nice inexpensive but solid frame. I think it copies the 2fiddy camera cage. I have a vista in mine, but looks like enough room for WS VTX.

I have an oddball mamba AIO. It’s a great FC but it’s a standard whoop size AIO with a daughter board on top. If the daughter board was not there I could fit the VTX on top. I could also get slightly taller stand offs also.

I really like that frame. Hate ordering from China though especially since I am in Hawaii it’s double time to get here.

I had thought about putting my WS setup in my Betafpv twig xl… it will fit with no problem.. but I think the fc only has 5v pads…
I decided to go with a Rekon 4” … I have fallen in love with the 4” platform.. it’s sub 250, it handles like it on rails, not to big to scare people.. and flight times are 6-8 mins
