Yea I've read bad reviews too and I was worried making the first orders. But I have to give credit where its due and can only speak about my own experiences with them. I've had an issue with 5 orders and every time customer service has been excellent and haven't had any problems getting a refund or a replacement.

Just so you know, I've spent around $3000 with Banggood over the last 2.5 years and am a the highest level 5 VIP customer, but both of those seem to count for nothing. It's only when it really matters that you find out how good or bad a company's customer service actually is. As I said, if people want to take their chances then that is their prerogative, but my story tells the truth of what can end up happening and how poorly Banggood customer support deal with such a situation, which then leaves the customer high and dry without even any recourse for legal action because they are based on Chinese soil. And for me it's still not over. There's also history of PayPal siding with Banggood in dispute cases so don't expect any protection from PayPal either. I'm not the only one to be left in this situation by BG, so it could happen to anyone. Hopefully people won't end up in the same situation as I'm currently in, but if they do they can't then turn around and say that no-one warned them, so I will continue to re-iterate my story to people who think Banggood are the best thing since sliced bread.

Yea it's good to share the good and the bad. After reading yours and a few other experiences with expensive items, I think I'll play it safe and just order the relatively cheap stuff from China.

I hope someone takes responsibility for your stolen goggles and you get a replacement or a refund!
