Hi, has anyone ever rewinded this motor and knows what configuration it uses and the number of turns of the winding?

Thanks

P.s. Sorry i use Google Translate

I doubt you will find that info unless iFlight wants to share that with you.

Most probably it uses a WYE/Star configuration which most motors do in FPV. But it may also be a Delta. Try and compare the motor winding scheme with one of the ones listed in this link: http://www.bavaria-direct.co.za/scheme/c...rettyPhoto

For the number of turns and wire gauge you will need to guess that from your motor. Just unwind it carefully and count the number of turns.

The issue with rewinding apart from being a PITA is that its hard to get the motor KV in the ball park if you are guessing the wire gauge and no of turns. This can be a pain if the motor is badly burned and you are unable to easily unwind the previous winding.

I have already tried to spiral a motor, the diameter of the copper wire I found it without problems with the gauge and I bought a wire with the same as the original ... the problem is that it did not come to me the same as the original because I did not realize that the factory motor has different revolutions that alternate between the poles .... it remains a bit difficult for me to count the copper revolutions that among other things change ...I will have to be careful disassembling what I am it has just burned to understand the scheme and number of revolutions ... I was hoping that someone had already gotten into the problem since they are very used engines

One other thing to note is that the burned wires may have a different diameter since the enameled coating is burned away. So you need to ensure the right diameter wires is ordered.

Not much you can do with the number of turns unless you are brave enough to un-wind a good motor.
