I think the 20A RotorGeeks or LittleBees should be fine. They are rated for 30A bursts of 10 seconds. That is 120A for 10 seconds - probably enough to get you half way to the moon
At that current, I'd be more worried if the PDB and LiPo can handle it. I've heard that the 30A ESCs tend to produce voltage spikes at hard maneuvers that burn some VTX, so another thing to keep in mind.
I've heard good things about the EMAX RS2205, I have a batch coming in the mail too. I've flown the following worth mentioning:
1. DYS 1806 2300KV - very solid little motors, good for super light builds. They are not crazy fast but are so durable, crash after crash and run great on 4S.
2. Cobra 2204 1960KV - again solid work horse, flies fast enough on 6" props and overall efficient
3. Rotorgeeks 2204 2300KV - that is my Formula1 build. Crazy fast and light but also finicky, the bell needs retightening and alignment often, the bearings are starting to go as well.
Besides that a friend swears by the Cobra 2204 2300KV - the only thing he runs. I've seen him rip with those hardcore many times. I might consider getting a batch myself.
For PDB I highly recommend the "Birdseye Mini 36mm V1.2 PDB", pirofliprc.com used to have them but he is out right now. The connector placement and overall board thickness and quality are the best I've seen.
Hope that helps.
