I have the Genfam 5055, so far I'm getting good flight times with them, but they tend to break easily after a crash, they are not soft at all.

Lumenier Butter Cutters on the 5". For the 3" that I fly mostly, Lumenier 3x4x3's work well for higher power motors. They do not flex as much.
SoCal Kaity :D
OMG, no one told me it would be this much fun!  Addicted :)

I really gotta experiment with props more. I use Gemfan Windancers on everything just cos I'm too lazy to experiment. It's just that they have been very durable for me.

51499? Same here, I have a bunch of multicolored ones lying around. I was told the Ethix S3/S4 were better props and considered an upgrade but my brain is having a hard time computing this. So far, these gemfans 51499 are what I use. I might try the s3/s4 from Ethix, are those just rebranded HQ props?

Hqprop ethix s5 or s4. S5 is my favorite right now. Gives me better punches on 4s. I have one quad with POPO motors that can't accept the ethix props, so I run azure power 5148 or the johny prop on that one.

I've been wanting to try the gemfan 5146.6 (kababfpv) prop for a while now. Will order some soon.

the gemfan 5146,6 was sold as „min chan“ props befor the wrote kabab for marketing xD
they are more 50466 than 51466 - that much marketing xD i like them for racing, skinny blades pretty reaponsive

Depends on what sort of place it is.

5043's for smaller places where I have to go a lot slower or I go out of the area too quickly or there are lots of trees and I want then to spin up fast to stop/dodge.

5055's or 5047's in large spaces where I can give it full throttle without much care and just want to hammer about.

I use the HQProp DP5.1X4.1X3 on my 5" rig, but I have some HQProp S5 laying around that I have to test sometime.
On my 3" quad i use the Gemfan Winddancer 3028 and if I put my GoPro on it I use the HQProp DP3X4X3V1S Durable.

Just got some S3, I am surprised. I also may ordered some of the ones you suggested to try.
Right now, looking at 51499 and these S3 props. The 51499 looks HUGE compared to them, in terms of wing area and pitch on the blades the 51499 have a ton more space and sharp pitch compared to the S3. Wouldn't this mean the 51499 are more aggressive? This is where I need get schooled, thanks!

i use a 50amp 6s esc, xl5 frame and 1700kv xing motors but I just realized, I don't have any 6s batteries they are all 4s 1300mah 100c. I have not even explored that part of the hobby yet, i may try 6s later. Maybe since my setup is under powered the pitch from 51499 helps? Schooling requested.
