793 Please post some good clear photos showing how you have wired the VIFLY Finder up to your FC.
Also, please run both the "dump" and "diff all" commands in the Betaflight Configurator CLI tab and copy/paste the results back here.

139 As soon as you power the Vifly, and remove power, it should start beeping. If that's not working, something is not right about the Vifly. Maybe leave the 5V connected for 5-10 mins for it to charge up in case the battery is empty.
If the above works, but you can't activate the buzzer with a switch, then like Snow suggested, might be the wiring or config in Betaflight is wrong.

4 I have the ViFly (and other beepers). Just a warning (once it is working). Be sure to charge it up before you fly. It takes a few packs to charge the battery and if you lost the quad on that first pack, you're outta luck. I fly my quads pretty frequently so this hasn't been an issue but I learned my lesson on one quad and flew it before the battery was charged....and that quad was lost. An easy way to charge it is to put the quad on the USB cable for a while before flying.

793 07-Mar-2021, 10:38 PM (This post was last modified: 07-Mar-2021, 10:38 PM by SnowLeopardFPV.) +1 to what Ljholland just said.
The other thing to keep in mind is that the buzzer on the VIFLY Finder also only works as a normal buzzer (when the main LiPo is still connected) if the mini onboard LiPo is charged. I've had the onboard LiPo on two VIFLY buzzers die and it has then rendered the buzzer completely useless even as a normal buzzer.
All other self-powered buzzers I've used still work as a normal buzzer even if the mini onboard LiPo is discharged or has died. I have tested this by physically de-soldering the onboard LiPo on the various self-powered buzzers I own to see what happens. The VIFLY is the only one that doesn't work as a normal buzzer under this scenario. VIFLY really need to change the design of their VIFLY Finder because that is the biggest downside of that particular self-powered buzzer as you can't rely on it as a backup buzzer if the onboard LiPo is discharged or has died.
