Video Transmitter Wiring Questions
#1
Hey guys, got another beginner question for you Big Grin its about wiring my Video Transmitter to the Flight Controller.
Ive got the TBS Unify Pro 5G8 HV and the Diatone Mambe F722 MiniFlight Stack.
Im pretty sure about the first wires but unsure about the last two.
I would wire the 7V-26V directly to the positive side of battery pad on the ESC and the Ground to the negative one.
I would get lose of the 5V Out and the other Ground wire because the Camera is already being powered.
The Video wire simply to the Video-Out on the FC.
Im not sure what to do with the Audio and Data wire. Should i connect the Data slot to TX3? or maybe simply both to the same spot or get loose of one of them?
Please correct me if I would do something wrong and protect me from anger Smile
Thanks a lot.

Yes the data (white) - smartaudio you want to wire to a free TX pad on the FC in order to get smartaudio to work. Audio (green) wire is for a microphone Smile

In BF settings you simply activate TBS smart audio under the same UART, so if you choose TX3 you wanna activate UART3 with TBS smartaudio

I use the 5V output to power my camera and I have good image, If you get a noisy feed I would suggest to power the camera from the VTX.
