Using Lipo Battery to power 4 channels
#1
Does anyone know if it's possible to power two HOTA dual chargers with a single 10,000mah battery?
Was going to get this splitter to power both chargers and charge four batteries at 2c all at the same time.

Wondering if that is an issue for the discharge rate of the battery or if it would cause other issues.

All you really need is one charger and a parallel charge board like this.

You can hook up the way you want and charge 4 lipos at 2C. Your 10000mah pack at 25 can output 250A. You have a lot of head room. Why don't you use a parallel board like Sugs mentioned?

I discharge my batteries at different rates, meaning I land at various voltage rates per battery.. So they aren't usually within a good range to parallel charge.

If all my lipo are not within range, I pick the pack with the highest voltage.  The charge the others one at a time to that voltage.  Takes only a few minutes in most cases.  When everything is within range, I parallel.

What do you mean by discharge batteries at different rates?  I thought we were talking about charging.  Most charger can't even discharge at the rate you specified because the discharge circuit on most charger is painfully low.  I would use a dedicated discharge device instead of your charger.

Sorry, yeah that kinda of didn't make sense. I land my batteries at various voltages for each battery. Meaning I discharge each pack differently, which is why they are not within certain volts to parallel charge.

Take my suggestions on how to parallel charge with different voltage.

To answer your original post then, yes you could do that with the adapter you picked out.
