I'm guessing you've disabled the switch position warning on the Taranis (or configured certain switches not to throw a warning) otherwise you'd have been warned that of any switches that were flipped from the downward/backward position. It might be a good idea to either re-enable that warning or make sure certain key switches provide a warning message.

While the UR65 doesn't come with a buzzer fitted, another thing you might want to consider doing is to turn on the motor beacon which can be used as a poor man's buzzer whereby it the motor are used to produce a sound instead of the buzzer although it's quite a bit quieter than a normal buzzer. Still, it's better than nothing if you don't want to fit a buzzer. The only thing I'm not sure about is if the motors will sound when turtle mode is activated because the motors can only make a beeping noise when they're not actually running. I can't test that on mine because I have a buzzer installed but something maybe worth trying. I'm sure Voodoo will know

Glad to be of help. I guess you lucked out. I wasn't following the tread, just so happened I saw the post. Someone on the RC group forum had the exact same problem.

Voodoo strikes again    I wouldn't think of that.

Anyway, as Snow said, I also have the motor beacon turned on, although it's ridiculously quiet - compared to a 5". Wouldn't be much use if crashed outside in grass or something, but comes in handy when I fly under the bed or something in my apartment at least  And my girlfriend says that it makes cute sounds, so that counts.

I actually don't whether ESC beeper will go off in turtle mode. I have traditionally only used a real buzzer. Just recently setup ESC beeper on my ultralight, but found out that a lot of alarms will not go off. For example, when I arm, it is complete silence even if I take Airmode off and motor stop. Because turtle mode puts the ESCs in a ready state, I doubt it will beep.
