I’m new to the forum looking for some support please.

I have a 5’ drone running on my TX16S with crossfire no issue but I can’t get my tiny hawk 2 to work.

I have connected the receiver to RX1 and it is bound to my TX16S with screen showing signal quality at 100. I have a solid green light on the RX and have setup the control menu and set up in betaflight as CRSF.

I have tried everything but I can’t get the tx16s show up on the betaflight transmitter menu???? UART is set to 1.

I’m a little confused.. did u install crossfire on ur Tinyhawk? And are having issues getting movement or binding?
But you have no issues with crossfire on your 5” set up?

Hi Rob, thanks for coming back to me.

Yes I have crossfire on my 5’ and set it up without any issues. A friend recently gave me a tiny hawk 2 and I have installed crossfire on it. When powered up there is a solid green light on RX and my tx16s shows a perfect connection / signal. I connect to betaflight but can’t get the bars to move on the transmitter tab. Transmitter is set up correctly, betaflight configuration set up correctly, nano rx connected to rx1 and UART1 selected in betaflight.

To confirm.. rx(on receiver) to tx(on fc) and visa versa… and u have turned OFF the spi rx in betaflight..
The nano u installed, is it brand new? Has it been “tested”?..
I’m still learning TBS/crossfire myself..
is there ANYTHING else on uart1? Crossfire needs its own dedicated uart.. if memory serves me (don’t quote me). I THINK that fc uses smart audio on uart 1. The breakout pads maybe open, but in software I think it’s being used

Yeh rx and tx work fine and serial based receiver set to CRSF.

Just watched Stevie boy FPV I did use his video when setting up, maybe I just need to start from scratch.
