I have a drone with the correct settings, and the direction of the propellers and motors is correct.

But after flying, the throttle goes crazy, after 1500 of the pedal value..

It flies up, then turns off and falls

There are no abnormal numbers in BF

Can you fly it if you keep the throttle under 1500, or does it always disarm as soon as the quad takes off regardless of the throttle position? Are you able to gently hover the quad at all without it disarming itself?

At first, yes, it is able to fly for less than 1500, but after 1500, it goes crazy, and I cannot control it until it turns off and falls.

That sounds like it might be a flyaway.

1. Ensure that all the frame and motor bolts are really tight.
   
2. Check that there are no cracks or delamination anywhere on the carbon frame (including hairline cracks).
   
3. Check that the stack screws are secure with the FC mounted using anti-vibration gummies.
   
4. Ensure that no wires or anything else is touching the gyro chip on the FC.
