T-Motor F80 1900KV + 7 Inch Biblades + 4S?
#1
I'm wondering what I can expect using F80 1900KV motors with 7 inch biblades powered off 4S for my long range build?  These are 2408 motors.  I'm wondering how they might perform compared to BH Avenger 2507 1500KV.  I thought I'd read that height and diameter are not equal.  In this case my +1 height is more power gained than the -1 diameter power lost.

My thought is less efficient getting to cruising speed but at cruising speed more efficient.  Or pretty much the same performance?

You will be fine.  Either one will work, but the bigger BH would probably be better.  Although, I believe T-motor are superior motors, that's good for something, right? Big Grin

I doubt you will try for further out than 5 miles, and both should give you that.....Certainly the BH choice will as they have for me.

Remember the most important component for efficiency is your left thumb.

That ought to be engraved somewhere. Cool thanks for the feedback. I kinda kick myself cos they just dropped the F90 which evidently is geared specifically for long range.
