Does anyone have the 3d print file for

Catalyst Machineworks SMOOTH OPERATOR 6 inch
- arm corner protector

Just download the STL file and check the dimensions. It is likely the same.

A little to tight
Especially for the front bumper

Do you know how to modify a STL file? My apologies, the front bumper was slightly different. The 5 inch has 9mm wide arm. While the 6 inch have 11mm wide arms. You can modify the STL to fit the 11mm arms.

As for the arm corners, those should fit. Those arm bumpers fit Merica 5-6inch and Smooth Operator 5-7 inch. So either your printer is off or the file you have was not designed correctly. It is also possible that Catalyst Machineworks tweaked the arm design from version to version.

Although the design might be different, nevertheless the arm end profile for the Smooth Operator is the same regardless of size of arm. So the end protector should still work. You should be able to edit the STL file to suit your need.
