I am building my first Shendrone Thicc.  Below are my parts for the build:

1x Matek F722 (DJI Ready)
2x 4Power Lumenier mini PDB
8x T-Motor 45A BLHeli 32 ESC

This setup is inspired by Nurk latest video.  My question is do i still need a Polulu because the matek already has a regulator for the DJI air unit and secondly,  I need to connect both PDB together.

Would it be VIN to VIN and GND to GND on the picture attached to this post?

I would really appreciate some help on this one.

you don't a pololu unless you are running 4s or less.
