I have two busted motors, where one has broken windings (right one on the picture), and the other has a broken bottom and bent bell (left on the picture). So I was planning to remove the stator from the motor with bent bottom, and move it over to the good bottom, but I can't find an easy way to remove the stator. As you can see on the picture, the stator on the right side picture came off pretty easy with just some careful bending on each of the stator sides. But the stator on the other motor is not so easy to remove. Does anyone know a trick to remove the stator without causing any damage to the windings?
Ended up straightening the base with a socket and a clamp, and now the motor is good again
