Ok to start i have a novice 2 with a flysky receiver and I purchased it from banggood. Now for the issues for some reason the battery wouldn't give my quad power batteries were fully charged. Then I watched Albert Kim's video on YouTube on using the pololu 5v step-up step-down regulator and I got it to work now it powers on via battery not just USB. So that issue i resolved now the problem is it wouldn't fly but it does arm the controller is bound (flysky fs-i6) it shows the stick movements in betaflight so I know its connected but I can't get the quad to fly I tried flashing it and still have the same issue where it doesn't wanna fly I even spoke to Joshua Bardwell and he is stumped I desperately wanna fly can someone help me please! I have more pictures to show the betaflight stats

Can you post a dump file and a diff all file? Are you able to spin the motor using the motor tab?
