Does not sound like a software problem to me. If it is hardware, then likely not repairable. Sounds like a bad regulator.

If you're using the HGLRC F440 FC you referenced in your other post, it looks like the 5V BEC is rated for 3A. The RunCam Split 3 Nano draws 650mAh at 5V, so you should have plenty of overhead for everything else.

What VTX are you using? Does everything on the 5V bus stop working after 10-15s, or just the camera? Can you tell if anything is getting hot on the camera PCB?

voodoo en V-22 thanks fore the respons

tried everything
another runcam split 3 nano shows the same pattern
all other things work it flies great without cam Whistling
resoldering etc also had no success

i am using the vtx of HGLRC 440 stack
finally mounted a foxeer cam(no split) and connected it to the same + - and it works fine Huh

Voodoo;the regulator is on the fc?
in that case i have a spare fc fore this stack i could try

There have been a few complaints about some of the RunCam cameras on here recently. It seems that their QC has gotten worse than it used to be.

I know this sounds super stupid, but if you have one readily available, try a Samsung SD card. U3 Class 10. There's a post I made about my Runcam Hybrid stopping recording whenever it felt like it. Tried everything. Then someone posted to try this SD card. It worked - so far at least.
