For my Beta75 Pro 2 I connect 2 300mah LiHv batteries.
Does this mean I essentially have 600mah to fly with?

In Betaflight under the Power and Battery tab I have the capacity setup for 300mah.

Does that sound right or should I put 600mah as max capacity?

No you have 300mah but at double the voltage. I watched your other video and you were really running the battery down to a harmfully low level.
You should really land at around 6.8-7.0 volts. Running them down to 6V will kill them pretty fast. You may even notice them puffing up after running them that hard.
Your battery settings look fine in BF.
And you were doing really well in acro mode !! Nice

If you want 600mah capacity with two lipos, you need to connect in parallel, which means you need to rewire. But at 1S (lower voltage), your quad will be quite sluggish.

I didn't realize I was runnin' em so low, I'll definitely be bringing the quad in when the 7.0V warning goes off from now on. I want these batts to last!!

And thanks! I've only been flyin Acro for a couple days and it's actually easier than Angle or Horizon mode for me :p More consistent and the quad flows better thru turns.
