Quad Shaking
#1
Built my first complete build. Hooked up ocusync air unit (sweet!!!!) but can't get this thing to behave. Shaking like crazy. Tried the following:

1. Checked motors direction.
2. Tried different props.
3. Flashed different bheli firmwares.
4. Tried changing ESC protocols. Dshot300, 600, multishot etc.
5. Noted that motors do not spin equally in Betaflight. Motor 2 always lags behind.
6. Flashed firmware for the FC.
7. Tried different receiver - the same result.
8. Reset radio.
9. Calibrated ESCs.

Configuration:

Motors
ESCs
FC

What can i do to make it fly? Please, help.

Btw, it is not the first drone that behaves like that in my house. Am I cursed?

As I said in your other thread, I don't know about all your motors, but it appears the front right motor is spinning in a clockwise direction

I've played your vid over and over, I could swear both front motors are clockwise and both rears counterclockwise. Really hard to be sure though

No, motors and props are good.

I will be damned. What is going on?

Bad gyro on FC maybe? Since in BF it seems fine but when armed it's uneven sound like a FC problem, especially since that's a clone FC with questionable QC. Just taking a guess here. I knoiw it'd be a pain but might want to consider a higher quality FC like this. http://www.readytoflyquads.com/flip-32-f4-omnibus-v3
I'd rather be flying!

I wish I could help you troubleshooting, but I am not that experienced; however, I just wanted to say that is not a good idea to test motor spin direction with the props on, particularly if the quad is behaving randomly... just saying.
Good luck finding the solution!

Guys, this related to the FC installed in the wrong direction. Case closed.
Thanks

Glad you figured it out. Never even thought of improper board orientation as the quad's reaction is usually much more severe than a little shaking. I've witnessed the Tazmanian Devil Effect and it's scary. Like ssombra said, you're lucky. Things could have gone very bad..........
