Quad shakes with bi-blades
#1
Tyro129. Put on Gemfan Flash 7042 bi-blades and this happens on throttle up (at the beginning and end of video). Check out the voltage sag as well.

Tried lowering and raising PID sliders but doesn't seem to help. Flies smooth just cruising on low throttle.

Yea about mid throttle or maybe slightly Below. I'll put throttle in OSD and see exactly where it happens. Will also read up on TPA breakpoint.

I'll put tri-blades back on tomorrow just to make sure the shakes only happen on bi-blades because it never happened on tri's no matter how hard I punched the throttle. I'm slightly worried I may have done something wrong when tidying the wiring a bit before I tried the bi-blades and that would be a real shame because it was flying the best it ever has.

Thanks!

It's fixed. Lowered TPA from 1400 to 1100 and scaled throttle to 75%. Thanks!

I think a 7 inch carrying a 3300mah 4s might be too heavy and powerfull for the Gemfan Flash 7042's. They're so flexible that they just can't keep up with the power. But they seem to be good and efficient for cinematic cruising with a scaled down throttle.

nice you found a solution with tpa.
probably a second pid profile with lowered pid could provide the ability to settup the tpa up a bit higher, if you like to explore more :-)
