how is the powerdistribution board connected to the fc?

it seems you have voltage sensing cable attached in blue, maybe there is no connection to an fc-osd?
you will need to activate runcams osd by an adapter

The SPRacingF3 FC doesn't have an onboard OSD chip so you won't be able to use Cleanflight or Betaflight OSD without connecting an external OSD module such as a Minim OSD board, if you can still get them these days that is.

Swift cam has osd. I think if you hook up that vesn you can check battery too. Hold left stick to the left for a few seconds and see if the camera menu pops up.

For the love of all that is unholy, hook that mic up.

You can also hook the little 5 way that came with the cam to see if that helps nav through the menus.

it has some vtx transmitter called a FX795T but I don't know if its anything special or anything. I bought this entire drone from someone on facebook and he claims that with his goggles he was able to see the text I'm talking about..... but who really knows haha
its also got a crossfire module but I'm pretty sure that's just for the transmitter range... I really don't know much about fpv yet as you can probably tell

I looked it up and yea it seems that the cameras osd wire isnt plugged into anything. Where would I solder that too? also ive got no idea where the mic wire is supposed to go

The FXT795T is nothing special. It's just a (up to) 200mW VTX, so quite underpowered by today's VTX standards unless you are only flying close range.

Unless you have a separate OSD module connected to the FC (between the camera and the FC / camera and VTX) you aren't going to get any Betaflight OSD in your goggles. As Pennywise suggested the best you will get is basic OSD from the RunCam FPV camera but the only useful information that will provide you with is LiPo voltage and a timer which starts counting up as soon as you plug in a LiPo. The other stuff is just pilot name and a horizon indicator neither of which is of much value IMO. You can see what settings and OSD is available for the RunCam Swift by watching AndyRC's video which is linked to below. Ignore the different looking camera. It's just a micro version of the same camera you have. All of the options and settings will be the same.

That wire is just to control the menus and settings of the camera. You can either connect a separate RunCam joystick to that wire to configure the camera settings and OSD, or you can wire it to a dedicated "Camera Control" pad on the FC which then allows you to use the sticks on your transmitter to access the camera settings menus. Unfortunately the SPRacingF3 FC doesn't have a dedicated Camera Control pad, and while it might be possible to remap another pad for use as a Camera Control pad it is going to depend on the version of Cleanflight / Betaflight running on that FC. It doesn't always work anyway so would probably just end up causing you some unnecessary headaches trying to get it functioning.

Your best and option would be to get a RunCam joystick (known as a "keyboard" for some reason) which you then connect to the OSD wire and GND on the camera. Using the buttons on that then allows you to access the camera settings. See the link below...

https://shop.runcam.com/runcam-key-board

The RunCam Swift has a built-in microphone for relaying audio back your goggles (for live audio and also for recording flight audio to the DVR on your goggles). The microphone wire would connect to a dedicated audio pad on the VTX. The FXT795T VTX doesn't have an audio pad but don't need it anyway because the FXT795T already has it's own onboard built-in microphone. So the microphone on the RunCam Swift is redundant on your particular quad so you just leave that wire disconnected.

Good luck, there is more to learn that is for sure. Which is a good thing, depending on how you look at it. I don't see a point, ever, where I think I would call myself a "know it all". Not sure if anyone can legitimately say they know it all, though...
