the design of the powerpick is thoughtfull the xknight is thoughtless. i tried to write powerpick but i wrote powerstivk xD
i might choose it aswell for my next 4inch build.

maybe you need longer standoffs for the vista

Anothe 4" frame is RacerX Mutant 4 with their HD canopy for Vista if you don't want heavy frame.
The only thing is the TPU mount to the stand offs won't stand up to repeated bashing into hard objects unless they have reinforced the TPU design since I bought mine.

I like the idea of running 1507 with 4" props... maybe below 3000kv with 6s batteries. And I think that 650mah 6S would be a nice battery for that.

Maybe with some care choosing the right frame I can build a quad below 250g with battery. Do you think it's possible ?

Flouride is not the type of frame i was thinking about... I'm more oriented to something like the BetaFPV X-Knight. Instead... what about the powerpick 4" ?

You want top speed.
1507 for 4" is good.

6S is desirable - allows you to use sub 20A per motor XT30. Drone lab tested at up to 70A with AWG16 for 10sec.

KV - depends alot on prop.
top speed is also prop.. need something like 4040*2, or even 4045*2.

sub250g is easy to figure out:
(motor+prop)*4 + 30 + frame + battery.
30g is AIO FC, nano RX, VTX, 2g cam etc

You should leave 100g for battery, and toothpick frame is 20-25g

90g left for motors+props.

props
4025*2 - 1.4g
4023*3 - 2.0g
4032*3 - 3.2g
4*4.3*3 - 2.2g
4052*3 - 3.9g.. not typo.. can easily smoke motor

Here are good motors:

DJI Air is heavy. Caddx Vista also heavy.
For sub250g... naked vista

https://www.halfchrome.com/betafpv-beta7...HD%20whoop.

Also..
most times motor weight is without wires, which add 2-3g.

Frame - You dont have much wiggle room.
Fluoride is 60g+.. big NO.
Mutant4 is good frame - I use it.
I also have 2x Skystars GRX4 but not using Vista - you need to stack it under canopy

Another frame is catalyst machine works Merica.
They make a canopy for Caddx vista or analog and they have a 3”,4” and 5” with different thickness arms and plates.
It’s a racing frame but they look durable and light.

For 3 inch, toothpick build with Xing 1404 4600kv  will be rocket.

For 4 inch Gecko is perfect.
I prefer you looking for new 2203.5 or 2004, it powerful, cool and greet flight time. the big ball bearing also big help for freestyle crash. I saw Tmotor and Xing introduce some recently.
