you flash the same way as befor in betaflight configurator firmware flash tab, exept download software, you need to choose "local file" on the bottom right. after choosing the hexfile, the flash button wont be grayed anymore and you can push "flash"

Thanks, I have found something maybe useful in the manual for the drone.

it should work as befor, maybe push the boot botton on the fc while powering with the usb, to bring it into dfu mode.
there should stand dfu (i believe on top where thevports can be choosen)
choose the hex and push flash than

Good news, its working now and up and flying again.

The problem was the version of BetaFlight. I was using the latest version and needed to use the older version:

Betaflight10.8.0

Once that was installed, it flashed, the gyro worked and a reset of the controller and all was good.
