Looking for a good FC/ESC/VTX stack
#1
Hi all,

So I've finally totaled my first beginner quad, and I think it's time for me to move up from cheap Chinese parts.
Because of this, I want to build a new quad, but with better parts this time. I want to buy a bundled stack for my FC, ESC, and VTX to make the process easier for myself.
I am looking for a stack with a higher end VTX so I can connect an aftermarket antenna, and also an F4 FC.
Anybody have any suggestions for a stack around $100?

Thx!

Mamba f405 stack and add a stackable VTX of your choice. Otherwise you will probably have to spend over $100 for what you are looking for. Wiring VTX to the FC isn't difficult.

Edit: I am going back on my word. Here is a good stack for your budget. The Mamba F405 + plus VTX will probably be around $75

Another vote for the Mamba F4. Price is pretty good for a really good quality stack (beefy boards, nice pads). BLHeli_S though.

Another one I really like is the Lumenier Lux Micro which is a bit more ($60ish vs $40ish) but it does sport BLHeli_32. The pads leave a lot more to be desired and both stacks are a bit short on UARTs. Also the Lumenier is white if that matters.

For the vtx stack, I've been partial to the TBS Nano with the XM+ both mounted on a WhitenoiseFPV mounting board. The Nano runs hot but runs great.

Then what would you recommend that's outside of  my budget?

with this vtx !not stackable! https://m.banggood.com/Eachine-VTX03-Sup...14206.html
and this https://www.getfpv.com/lumenier-axii-u-f...hcp-1.html
would be my choice because of the price value.

to be fair there are alot other good stacks: from brands like furiousfpv, t-motor, hobbywing xrotor, emax, hglrc, matek... and alot more, the most would break with your limit...

voodoos good suggestion: https://www.getfpv.com/holybro-kakute-v2...combo.html
