Is everything compatible?  Decent products?  Things I should change based on performance or quality.

Everything looks compatible.

XSD is a little older ESC. For the same cost or less, I probably go with Blheli32.
Of course, Oscar has a list.

TBS unify is great. But for $10 less, I go with Matek VTX with MMCX or Lumenier VTX (latest one).

DYS is a little older too. BH Retuner R4 or R5. T40 II Pro, Emax Litespec or the ever famous Hypetrain.

The new Mach 2 vtx from race day quads is getting decent reviews and you can't beat the price. That being said, I've used the IRC Tramp for quite a while and haven't found any reason to switch

There was supposed to be some issues with the Mach 2 VTX where it didn't properly implement smartaudio protocol correctly. I am not sure if that has been resolved. This is the reason I didn't not list it.

I noticed the xhover frame doesn't have a stack mount for the FC. etc....where do you get those? Would the Armatten Chameleon or Rooster frame be better?
