I have a 5 inch quad with Racestar BR2207 motors and Cyclone T5045C props. I need some help to make my mind up as to which ones to buy because the more I search reviews and other tests, the more i can't chose. Any sort of recommendation would help. The choice is between 1300mAh or 1500mAh (4s) using any battery on this website (keeping in mind the cost): https://www.rctech.de/akkus-und-ladegera..._zellen=38 I'm not that good, so i don't need top of the line, but i don't want to waste time dealing with lipos that suck. Again any help or feedback is very appreciated. But if you are not racing the Tattu 75C 1550mah is probably the best all around battery. It is lighter and cost less than the China Hobby lines. China Hobby used to be dirt cheap, which made them attractive buys. But being the same cost, I go with Tattu. You get a bit more flying with the 1550mah over 1300mah. The only reason i was sceptical about them is because they have been around for a while now :-) I shall place my order and hope it doesnt take too long Signed by me :-) Posts: 536 Threads: 19 Likes Received: 261 in 173 posts Likes Given: 168 Joined: Sep 2018 Reputation: 10 I like my Funfly more than my tattu 75C 1550mah but next time I order I will get some batteries with higher C rating (R-line or CNHL). You might want to consider CNHL site as they also ship from EU and they are pretty cheap (you can choose EU warehouse): https://chinahobbyline.com/index.php?rou...uct_id=214 Posts: 668 Threads: 31 Likes Received: 208 in 158 posts Likes Given: 95 Joined: Feb 2019 Reputation: 14 I don't have many batteries so I just used the ongoing sale on AliE to get a couple of Tattu Raceline v3.0 1300mah at a nice price. My other batteries are Turnigy Graphenes and Tattu Funfly, all 1300mah. I was going to get the 1500/1550mah to see the differences but the 1300mah had a nice discount so I'll stay in the 1300mah. I prefer the Tattu over TGY. They are smaller and lighter. I can also feel the quad way more agile with the Tattu, I'm just hoping the ones I just ordered have the same feel. In my experience if you mix freestyle and a little of cruising, you can get up to 3 minutes or a bit more flying with the 1300mah (at least on the Tyro99 or MartianII with the 2206 motors) so take that in consideration because 1500mah can get you a little more than that. So in my opinion, go for the Tattu, even if they are a couple bucks more expensive. I'm scared cause they are a little cheap... I have 2 funfly, I like them. They are the newest packs that I have, so maybe 15 or 20 flights, but they seem reliable. Maybe they are not the type of batteries for a more agressive type of flying, like racing, but they don't sag much and deliver current nicely. I have both tattu 75c and funfly 4S 1550mah, the funfly is performing better than the 75c but I think that next time I order batteries I will probably upgrade to 6S and go for the CNHL batteries. I have the best experience with the r-line personally. 1500 over 1300 because it will dramatically decrease voltage sag. The internal resistance also seems to be doing fine as well although I think I'm now starting to experience more voltage sag sooner than I used to but that may just be because it's been cold and/or maybe because my quad is now heavier than it previously was, so that might just be a placebo effect. I don't know. I also really like the detachable balance leads on the Tattu 75C range which is a great idea. No-one else seems to do that for whatever reason.
