3 LED's are blown only one lights up but that one LED won't go off when the Transmitter switch is flipped is it because 3 LED's are blown or does it has something to do with betaflight? and the LED switch is turned on in betaflight.

What LED and how you are powering them?
Please take a picture how it's connected to the FC, and how type of LED you are using would be useful.

It's the four LED's on the Beta85x don't have a picture right now but it's connected this way to the FC.

Did you re-flash Betaflight firmware or somehow reset the settings?

I don't recall but the one LED out of four that is working on the beta85x glows when i flip the switch to arm but if i flip the switch i set up in betaflight to turn it off the LED doesn't turn off but i'm gonna visit that link.
