I can't make ESC telemetry to work on Omnibus F4 v6 and Typhone32
#1
Hey

Those are my settings for ESC telemetry in  BTFL 4.2.8

Code:
serial 3 1024 115200 57600 0 115200
feature ESC_SENSOR

I test it for dshot 300 and 600

Uart4 that is serial 3 is working fine, as a test i was able to connect to RX4 a no inverted sbus singl and it worked fine.
I checked with multi meter that on Typhone32 output telemetry port is physically connected to 4 SWD pads, so no broken traces there. Its looks like ESC doses not send telemetry data, kwad flies quite good, that is why i assume that ESC chips are fine. Do i missed something with configuration, what else i can i check ?

Make sure you have VBAT and current switch to ESC sensor in the battery tab.

Does setting that you mentioned It will affect motor temperature readings ? I'm only interested with that, anyway does every esc telemetry support motor temp ? How it's measured I'd there is no sensor on motor itself ?

The electrical resistance of the material depends on the temperature, if you compare the measured resistance, you can easily add the temperature, it's a simple math.

It is the SWK pin you want to use for ESC Tele not SWD.

Yes you right it's SWK that was a typo.
So does battery setting can affect temperature measurement for esc telemetry ?

I don't believe it does. I am not sure what is wrong. Your settings look good. Try reflashing the ESCs and FC.
