I have some FC that do not have 9V on board (rushfpv for air unit has only 10v for air unit)

What is best way to take power for naked camera with BEC?

Can I solder wires directly to ESC + and -? 
Considering I am using 4S battery

**Update: forgot to mention, I have BEC - from betafpv

Avoid connecting straight to a lipo pad as the voltage spike might not be filtered by the BEC and fry the Gopro board.

What is the best option then?
Solder to the same 10V pad - which is used for Air Unit?
So like, 2 sources on one pad

*Forgot to mention, that I have BEC installed on gopro - Betaflight original one, which comes with a camera case
Maybe using this will allow me to connect it directly to power pads on ESC?

how much current can the 10v circuit deliver?

in theory you should be able to connect it directly, but that bec is known as problematic as kafie still mentioned.
i use a tiny matek bec which is directly connected to the battery. i had the betafpv bec, it fried a circuit on the board, im able to use it with that matek bec any backpack bec or the usb-c conector doesnt work anymore.
i wouldnt suggest the use of the betafpv bec anyway
