I recently solved an issue with my Runcam Split which had risen from losing that aluminum 'door' (which keeps your sd card in place) during a crash. I thought I'd just push an sd card against the 'bare' sd card holder but it just showed 'No Card' in the OSD when I booted the Split. Turns out there's a really easy fix to that and I stumbled upon it by wildly guessing.
Runcam support suggested I carefully push up all of the contacting pins since one or more may not be contacting the sd card but that didn't help. I thought "what.. if anything.. does that aluminum door do which might prevent this error message?". Well it's a conductor to begin with... and it connects both sides of the sd card holder. I tested continuity on the four square solder pads on both sides. 3 are connected to ground and one is something else. When I shorted that pad to ground the error disappeared \o/
Here's a video I made demonstrating the 'hack'. Hope this helps someone else too, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's ripped off their sd card door (or whatever it's called).
