0 Hello, i have took that flux from aliexpress and is hard like rock, is it normal ? can be used anyway in this way ?
maybe because it spend a night in the post box outside with very low temperature ? maybe not because don't melt even if now i'm keeping under the stove, just receive a bit of warm...i will not burn it to smell deadly smoke ;

You want a flux paste or liquid flux for soldering.
To use what you have to clean your tip, heat up your iron, press the tip into the rosin and give it a little twist to coat it, then wipe it on your brass wire sponge, then re-tin the tip with some solder.
Dangerous operations.
Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

796 You can use hard rosin when soldering as demonstrated in the video below but it's not convenient to use like this so you will be much better off (and have a much easier time) if you just get yourself some proper no-clean liquid soldering flux.
