I don't think so. I've never heard of G-tune, but looking at articles on it they are all from 2014 so I guess that feature got deprecated at some point in the last 9 years and some time before 2018 which is when I started in the hobby. There certainly aren't any "gtune" related CLI settings in Befaflight.

It looks like G-tune got removed some time during or before 2016 which explains why I've never heard of it...
