0 Hi folks,
Can anyone recommend a good freestyle sim? All the ones I'm finding seem focused on racing and the reviews don't really touch on freestyle. Hoping to start learning the stick movements for some fancier flying without destroying my only quad.
Thanks

103 fpvfreerider recharged has some beautifull maps and qn editor.
there is nothing special needed to do freestyle, pretty everyone is well to do freestyle.
probably there are some which declarate if you do a roll, flip, loop, powerloop, inverted... but they wont be able to rate how well its been done.

6 Yes, you are right. Some sims are more focused on freestyle and some on racing. If you really want good graphics and good maps for freestyle, I recommend you checking Liftoff. I have other alternatives, but for your needs, this one will be for you.

1 I started on liftoff but since DRL upgraded their simulation mechanics and started putting real parts in I haven't looked back.
They also have quite a few decent freestyle maps now too that are a lot of fun to fly around with music on.
Can't beat it for the price at £8/$10 imo.

20 04-Aug-2020, 03:43 AM (This post was last modified: 04-Aug-2020, 03:43 AM by jasperfpv.) I was using Liftoff predominantly but I like DRL more now since I got it last week, a bit more realistic with throttle and gravity effect.
