Sup guys,


  I on BFC 10.7 now. I have 2 quads is a Mamba F405 stacks..  I dk why OSD font manager box is greyed out.
When I opened the OSD screen i can see the Font Manager box turn yellow in a split second then it stay in grey afterward.  I have another quad that has CLracingF4 that works.. The font manager stays yellow, but just not on the Mamba F405. So im curious if anyone have this problem in the past? thanks ya!

Plug in a LiPo and then try again.

i tried and still no dice : Maybe BF 4.2 has a bug? 
Let me go back to 3.5.7 later on and see.

Or try 4.1. I am updating my font file constantly (mostly cos I install a new part and for whatever reason it messes with the font file). I continue to be on 4.1 and have no issues updating font files.

It works fine with other FC tho.. Let me try on the SpeedBee FC and see.  If it works then is the Diatone Mamba  FC issue

Can you post a screenshot of Betaflight Configurator showing the issue.

Ok here is the screenshot.  Font manager tab is greyed out.
Let me down grade to 4.1 and see.

Ok just flashed to BF 4.1.17 for the sake of it and the Font Manager is Yellow.  Yup bug right there on BF 4.2
Any difference between 4.1.17 and 4.2?  I dont see any haha

Save a dump of your current Betaflight 4.1.7 settings, then upgrade to Betaflight 4.2.0 (with "Full chip erase" switched on) and see if you still get the issue. If you do, post the 4.1.7 dump and also the 4.2.0 dump.

For the record, the Font manger button is enabled on mine and I'm on 4.2.0, but I have a Matek F405 FC and not one of the Mamba F405 FC's. So if it is a bug it seems to be specific to certain FCs, thus the reason it would be good to see the the settings on yours for 4.1.7 and also for 4.2.0 so we can compare any possible differences.

Ok here is the dump. .  I just reflashed back to BF 4.2 and the font manager is greyed out.  Greatly appreciated your help bruh!

You attached two versions of the 4.2.0 dump. One of them needs to be the 4.1.7 version

EDIT: Also, you are running the latest 10.7.0 release version of Betaflight Configurator aren't you and not a development build or release candidate version?

I DL the BFC on their website(Github). Yup the lastest release version.

Run the following commands in the CLI and see if it fixes your problem...
